1. Steam cleaning is bad for Carpet.– Steam cleaning cleans 100% of the carpet. Dry cleaning only cleans the top 1/3 of the carpet leaving behind sticky residue.
2. I had my carpets steam cleaned and it took days to dry.– With proper education & equipment average dry timing is 3-4 hours
3. I don’t need Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon stain protector it was on the carpet when I purchased it.– The Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon stain protector wears out and carpet manufacturers recommend to have it reapplied to help keep soils from getting ground into the carpet fibers.
4. My carpets got dirtier after they where cleaned.– Did you reapply Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon stain Protector? Reapplying these will keep the soils from becoming trapped in the fibers, allowing vacuuming to be more effective.


Pet Odor Removal

We can provide Quality pet odor removal. Most people think you just come in and apply a treatment and its instantly gone. The fact is every job is different and there is several ways to do a pet odor removal process. Some Cleaners sell a deodorizer as a product to do the job & they are really just selling you a air freshener and not curing the problem at the source. We use special lights to help aid in the inspection process. Pending on the results found is how we determine what process to use to achieve proper full odor removal.

Specialty Stain removal is also something we provide at 1st Class Carpet care. We can remove stains such as rust, wax, gum, tar, ink, lipstick, nail polish, black filtration lines, pet stain, silly putty, Kool-Aid and many more. Beware that using store bought products can set stains!!!!
